You can cancel your FORM subscription at any time. 

Purchased through the App Store or Google Play Store

Subscription cancellations can only be processed through your phone's app store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

On the Home tab of the app, tap on your profile photo then the cog. You will see Subscription under Account. If you have not yet activated your subscription, you will need to do so first in order to be able to log in to manage it. You can cancel your subscription at any time and, once you cancel, you'll continue to have access to Premium Features until the term of your subscription ends. 

To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least one day before each renewal date. You will not receive any pro-rated refunds of your subscription, since you'll have access until the end of the term that you've already paid for.
