You can use your FORM Swim App account log in information to access the portal to pause your subscription. Once you log in, navigate to Subscription and click "Pause/ Cancel". You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months. Select the duration and confirm your selection.

While your subscription is paused, you will only have access to the core features outlined here.
