Your subscription can be managed through your phone's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

On the Home tab of the app, tap on your profile photo then the cog. You will see Subscription under Account. If you have not yet activated your subscription, you may need to do so first in order to be able to log in to manage it.
