The FORM Swim App may indicate that you do not have a valid subscription. If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store, you can restore the purchase through the phone's subscription management screen. If you purchased through formswim.com, you will not be able to manage your subscription in the app. Instead, you can log in through the portal to see your subscription information and manage it.
