If your subscription came with goggles purchased through our website formswim.com, you can manage your payment details through the portal. Once you log in, navigate to Billing Information and click "Send email". This will trigger an email to be sent to you which will allow you to securely update your payment details. 

If you used Shop Pay, please follow these steps to update your payment information with Shop Pay first.

If you purchased a subscription through the app, you can update your payment details with the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone.
