If your subscription came with goggles purchased through our website formswim.com, you can manage your payment details through the FORM Swim App. On the Home tab, tap on your profile photo then the cog. You will see Subscription under Account. Tap to update your billing information. 

Please note that you cannot use a prepaid or gift card to purchase subscription.

If you used Shop Pay, please follow these steps to update your payment information with Shop Pay first.

If you purchased a subscription through the app, you can update your payment details with the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone.
