A subscription gives you access to FORM's Premium Features. A free trial of Premium Features is included when you buy the FORM goggles as a new user.

If you already have the goggles, you can purchase a subscription through the FORM Swim App and it is available through the App Store and Google Play Store.

Please note that prepaid or gift cards cannot be used to purchase subscription.
