How do I activate my membership?
If you purchased the membership through the App Store or Google Play Store, your membership will be automatically activated upon purchase.
Non-gift website purchases
If you purchased goggles on formswim.com, pairing your goggles to your FORM Swim App account will activate the membership.
If it does not, you will also have received a separate Membership Activation email when you placed the order. The email subject is "Activating your FORM membership" and it is sent from email@example.com. This email contains instructions on how to activate the membership once you have paired your goggles to the app.
If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or promotions folders and contact FORM Support if further help is required.
If the membership is not activated within 60 days of purchase, the membership period will start automatically.
Gift memberships and Amazon purchases
If you have received a gift membership, you can create your FORM Swim App account once you receive the goggles. The app will guide you through the steps to activate your membership and set up your account. You will be asked to enter your credit card details in order to activate the membership. You will not be charged anything at that time - the credit card details are for the renewal after the end of the gifted membership period.
