How do I activate my subscription?
- Create a FORM Swim App account once you receive your goggles
- Pair your goggles to the FORM Swim App
- Follow the instructions to enter your payment details in order to activate the subscription
You will not be charged anything at the time of activation - the credit card details are for the renewal after the end of the initial free trial period, if applicable. A subscription is not required to use the goggles' core features and can be cancelled at any time after the activation.
In-app purchases
If you purchased the subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription will be automatically activated upon purchase.
