How do I pair different goggles to my app account?
Since you can only have one pair of goggles paired to your account at a time, if you get new goggles, you will need to unlink your current ones so that you can pair the new ones. The steps to do so are outlined below:
- Firstly, it is important that your FORM Swim App has the latest version installed. Ensure you update your app before pairing your new goggles.
- To unlink the previous goggles from the app, navigate to the My Goggles tab of the app, select Goggles Settings then the three dots in the top right hand corner.
- Tap to unlink the goggles.
- Once you have done this and turned on the new pair, you will be invited to pair them to your app.
You will keep access to your swim history and subscription (if you have one) on your FORM Swim App account after pairing the new goggles.
