Auto-sync is an optional feature which, when toggled on, allows new updates to be automatically synced between your app and goggles when you have the FORM Swim App open. This includes:

• new swims
• adding or removing workouts
• updating firmware
• updating dashboards and settings

As long as you don't close the app and your goggles and phone are within range and can connect, there is no need to turn on your goggles to sync.

Auto-sync uses slightly more battery power, but the app will pause the feature and notify you when your goggles are at 20% battery, giving you more than 3 hours swim time.

You can turn auto-sync on or off through the Goggles Settings tab in the app.
