The goggles are showing "Update Required"
If your goggles show a message which reads "Update Required", sync the goggles to the app and accept the prompt in the app to update the goggles to the latest version.
If the goggles are stuck syncing or updating, force close the app and turn off the goggles. Then, open the app and turn on the goggles to retrigger the update.
If this still doesn't work:
- Turn off the goggles
- Unlink the goggles in your app if they're paired already (My Goggles tab > Goggles Settings > top right corner three dots > unlink)
- Forget the goggles from the phone's Bluetooth settings
- Force close/kill the app and turn off your phone
- Turn on your phone
- Disconnect all other Bluetooth devices paired to your phone
- Open the FORM app
- Turn on the goggles
- Try pairing and syncing the goggles again. This should then trigger an update.
