The offer is available for a limited time only and offered via email. For existing users with Premium subscriptions who purchase the Lifetime bundle, no refunds will be given for recent renewals. See below for common questions, and please reach out if you need any further information.
How is Lifetime Premium access applied to my account?
Lifetime is applied to your FORM app account automatically and will be there for the lifetime of your account. If you purchase new goggles at any point, be sure to pair them to your existing account to avoid losing access. Access cannot be transferred to another user's account.
What happens if I purchase new goggles but have Lifetime access?
As long as you pair your new goggles to the same FORM app account, your access will not be interrupted or lost.
How do I know if my Lifetime access has been applied to my account?
Once the access has been added to your account, you'll receive an email confirmation. On the FORM Swim App you can see your Lifetime access under Settings > Subscription.
Can I manage my Lifetime Premium access through the app or portal?
On the FORM Swim App you can see your Lifetime Premium access under Settings > Subscription.
The Lifetime access is not a subscription and so it cannot be managed through the portal. If you have any questions about your access, you can reach out to support@formswim.com.
What happens if I already have a Premium subscription?
Your existing subscription will be cancelled so that it doesn't renew. The Lifetime access would replace your subscription. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
What features will I have access to with Lifetime Premium?
You will have access to all the current Premium Features, as well as future ones. You can see more information here: What are the Premium Features?
