The goggles are not charging
If your goggles are not charging, you can try the following steps:

Check that it's not the power source causing the issue - try plugging the cable into a different computer port or alternative USB power source;

If step 1 doesn’t resolve the issue, try resetting the goggles by holding the FRONT button for 20 seconds, then powering them on as normal.
