Follow someone

You can follow someone by finding them in your contacts, through Facebook, or through the suggestions in your feed. If that person's profile is set to private, they will need to accept your request to follow them. 

If your profile is set to private, you will need to approve any requests you receive from people who wish to follow you.

Remove followers

You can remove a follower by navigating to the My Profile tab by tapping on your name or photo from the home tab. A list of your followers will show underneath your name. Select the three dots to the right of the person's name and remove them. The person will not be notified of this action. 

Unfollow someone

If you no longer want to follow someone, you have two options to unfollow them.

From your Home tab

1. navigating to the My Profile tab by tapping on your name or photo from the home tab
2. tap on "Following" underneath your name to see a list of all the people you are following.
3. scroll through the list until you find the name of the person you want to unfollow
4. tap on "Following" next to their name to unfollow them. The field will then turn yellow and either say "Follow Back" or "Follow" depending on whether they are following you or not. 

From your Feed tab

1. if you see one of their swims in your swim feed, tap on their name or profile icon
2. tap on "Following" underneath their name to unfollow them. The field will then turn yellow and either say "Follow Back" or "Follow" depending on whether they are following you or not.
