I'm having trouble syncing the goggles to the app
If your FORM Swim Goggles are not syncing to the FORM Swim App correctly, first ensure your goggles are not in swim mode. If they are not and they are still not syncing, you can try the following steps:
Close the app completely and reopen it
Ensure your goggles are linked in the “my goggles” screen, pull to refresh the screen and start a sync
If necessary, toggle airplane mode on and then off in your phone settings
If necessary, power off the goggles and then power them on again
If you are using Android, it requires location services to be enabled in order to communicate with the FORM Swim Goggles over Bluetooth. Ensure location services are enabled on your smartphone if you are experiencing issues connecting.
If you are using iOS 13 and higher, the Bluetooth Sharing permission must be granted for our app to communicate with the goggles. Navigate to your iPhone settings, then the find the FORM application specific settings. Ensure the "Bluetooth Sharing" toggle is enabled.
