If you need to update your email address, navigate to the home tab in the FORM Swim App. Tap on your photo or name in the top left corner then tap the pencil. Scroll until you see your email address and select it to edit it as needed. 

Be sure to verify your new email address by clicking the link in the email send by the app, this will ensure you can reset your password if the need arises.
