My goggles can't be found when trying to pair them to my phone
If your goggles cannot be found by your device when trying to pair them to the FORM Swim App, you can try the following steps:
Close the app completely and reopen it
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and if any goggles are listed, forget them
Toggle airplane mode on and then off on your phone
Start the pairing process again and try to discover them
If you are using Android, it requires location services to be enabled in order to communicate with the goggles over Bluetooth. Please ensure location services are enabled on your smartphone if you are experiencing issues connecting.
If you are using iOS 13 and higher, the Bluetooth Location Sharing permission must be granted for our app to communicate with the goggles. Navigate to your iPhone settings, then find the FORM application specific settings. Ensure the "Bluetooth Sharing" toggle is enabled.
If the above steps did not help, try searching and connecting to your goggles directly from your phone Bluetooth settings. If they connect, return to our application and scan again, it should detect them and allow you to set them up.
