To log into your existing account, open the app and select the method you used to sign up for your FORM Swim App account. 

If you signed up with your Apple, Facebook or Google account, you will be directed to your feed once you select to continue with that option. 

If you signed up with your email address, select “Sign in with email”. On the next screen enter your email address and password and tap “Sign in”.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the option on screen to trigger a password reset email to be sent.
