Syncing the goggles with the FORM Swim App allows you to upload swims, configure dashboards and settings, and upgrade software. When you open the app, and have an internet connection, it will automatically try to find and connect to your goggles to perform a sync. When you change settings in "my goggles", they will be applied the next time you sync. The "my goggles" screen will indicate the last time a sync occurred. You can manually sync by tapping the refresh icon or pulling down to refresh the screen. If you have auto-sync enabled, you do not need to turn the goggles on to allow a sync.
