For each week that you swim with your FORM goggles, you will gain a week in your streak. You will see this in the app and also be notified of your streak continuing in the goggles after your swim, and in the app when you sync your first swim of the week. 

Note that swims must be at least 5 minutes long to qualify, and swims done without FORM goggles will not be counted towards the streak.
