How do I set a goal?
Setting a goal is a great way to stay on track and accountable. In the FORM app, by default, your goal will be set to 3 swim days a week.
You can modify this at any time by tapping on the goals on the home tab of the app.
Across the top, you will see your weekly history. Tapping on any of the rings across the top will mean that it is displayed in full below. The rings, from outermost to innermost are:
- Swim Days (yellow)
- Distance (blue)
- Time (green)
- Calories (pink)
Swim days is the only required goal, the other goals are optional and you can edit them at any time by tapping on the three dots to the right of each one under the Weekly Summary for the current week. Editing a goal does not apply retroactively.
As you complete each goal, the relevant ring will fill up in the graphic.
When you achieve your goal, you will get a notification to let you know!
