If you are experiencing abuse or inappropriate behaviour from someone within the FORM Swim App, navigate to their profile and select the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will give you the option to block or report the person.

You can also report other users' comments: on iOS slide the comment to the left, and on Android long press on the comment to see the options.

Blocking another user will stop them from being able to see any of your information or swims. You will also not see their swims or comments.

If you would like to unblock a user, search for them from the feed, navigate to their profile, select the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select the option to unblock.

Reporting another user will send us an alert that you have reported them and why. We will investigate their profile and activity to determine if action is necessary based on our community guidelines.
