We're based in Vancouver, Canada, and are generally available Mon - Thur, 8AM - 5PM PST and Fri, 8AM - 4PM PST. We aim to reply as soon as possible, usually within 6 business hours.

We're real humans, swimmers, and dedicated to getting any problems sorted out so that you can get back in the water as soon as possible. We want you to love swimming with FORM and, if you don't, it's our mission to get you there.
