Browsing and Choosing a Plan
There are two types of plan in the FORM app:
- pre-built Plans in the library
- HeadCoach™ plans
Plans are a Premium Feature.
Tapping on the FORM Plans from the Workouts tab then All Plans will take you to a screen where you can see all pre-built plans in the library. You will also see the option to generate a HeadCoach™ Plan. You can see more about that here: What are HeadCoach™ Plans?
Whether the plan is from the library or from HeadCoach™, the summary tile for each plan will show you the name of the plan, the duration of the plan, the number of workouts per week and the average distance per swim. Tapping on a plan tile will take you to the full information about that plan. You will see the same information as on the summary tile, as well as the category. You will then see a description of the plan explaining its focus and goals. Below, the weekly distance graph will show the breakdown of the number of workouts and their distances per week. Scrolling further will show a weekly breakdown of the plan as well as a preview of the workouts it entails.
Once you have decided to follow a specific plan, tap on Follow plan to add it to your goggles.
From the Home tab, tap on My Plan to see your current plan.
