What are the return and warranty policies?
Goggles Return Policy
We're confident that your swimming experience will be revolutionized and we want you to LOVE the FORM experience - but, just in case you're not blown away, we offer a 30-day return period for the goggles.
We encourage you to try the full FORM experience in the water at least a couple of times and give yourself some time to adjust to the new routine!
If the goggles aren't fitting right, please check out our article on how to adjust the goggles.
If the goggles aren't working as you expected, you may be able to find an answer to your question in one of our articles for troubleshooting.
If you aren't satisfied with the FORM membership or goggles for any reason, please contact us using the Support form in the bottom left corner, or through this form.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date for products in like new condition.

- The product(s) must be returned with all of the items included in the original shipment.
- The product(s) must be in “like new” condition, meaning an item is in perfect working condition.
- Original protective wrapping may be missing, but the original packaging should be intact and in good condition.
We cannot accept returns if:
- A returned product does not meet our return requirements.
- A return is received at the wrong address.
- A return request is made to FORM more than 30 days from the date of the original order’s shipment date.
- The product is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
- The product is still wet or dirty.
- Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the product(s) back and process them.
- You will be notified when your refund has been issued. Refund processing time may vary according to your financial institution and payment method.
