All personal information and consents collected will be handled in accordance with FORM’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Random Draw and Odds of Winning
Following the close of the Contest Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The random draw will take place on or about November 5, 2026.
The draw will be conducted by FORM.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
FORM may also randomly select one or more alternate potential winners in the event that the initially selected potential winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, declines the Prize, fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, or their Tri Buddy is determined to be ineligible.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry form within approximately five (5) business days of the random draw.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and FORM may select an alternate potential winner.
If either the potential winner or their selected Tri Buddy does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements, fails to provide requested documentation, fails to respond within the required timeframe, declines the Prize, or is otherwise unable to participate, FORM may disqualify the entry and randomly select an alternate potential winner.
The entrant and Tri Buddy will only become the confirmed winners once all applicable verification requirements have been successfully completed.
