The details of the offer are available in the app and may change from time to time. The offer is valid only on purchases from the FORM website.

How do I share my referral code?

To find your referral code, click on your profile section in the upper right corner on the Home tab in the app.

Click on the cog to enter the settings menu. You’ll Tap "Refer a Friend" > Select "Share your link."
