What metrics can I see while swimming?
There are many available metrics to see while swimming. The below list indicates what the metric is called in the FORM app, what it means and which mode(s) you can see it in. You can learn more about setting up your dashboards to see your desired metrics here.

** For heart rate and stroke rate data in open water with GPS, the data in the goggles would be coming from the goggles and/or the Polar OH1/Verity Sense. In the app, the data displayed for that same swim would be coming from the watch.
Heart Rate
Pool swimming
With Smart Swim 1, you can use a Polar Verity Sense or OH1/ OH1 + monitor (sold separately) to track your heart rate while swimming in a pool. Find out how to pair your Polar Verity Sense and OH1/ OH1 + to the goggles and set up heart rate. You cannot use a compatible smartwatch to see your heart rate in the pool.
With Smart Swim 2, the goggles use the integrated heart rate sensor.
Open water with the goggles only
With Smart Swim 1, you can use a Polar Verity Sense or OH1/ OH1 + monitor (sold separately) to track your heart rate while swimming in open water with the goggles only. Find out how to pair your Polar Verity Sense and OH1/ OH1 + to the goggles and set up heart rate.
With Smart Swim 2, the goggles use the integrated heart rate sensor.
Open water with a connected smartwatch
With Smart Swim 1, the heart rate would be tracked by your smartwatch (if the smartwatch has this capability) and displayed in the goggles. If you have a Polar Verity Sense or OH1/ OH1 + monitor (sold separately) connected to the goggles, your heart rate would be coming from the sensor and not the watch.
With Smart Swim 2, the goggles use the integrated heart rate sensor.
Swim spa swim
