Note: the following information applies only to the Smart Swim 1 and Smart Swim 2 LT. 

Now that you have paired the Polar Verity Sense or OH1/ OH1 + to your goggles, ensure the goggles are powered on and connected to your phone. Pull to sync on the Goggles tab in the FORM Swim app to unlock the heart rate metrics.

Navigate to the Dashboards tab and select the dashboard you wish to add heart rate metrics to for when you are swimming. If your goggles aren’t connected when you change your dashboards, remember to sync before your next swim to get your new metrics.
