From time to time, FORM may offer a Try Before You Buy program to certain customers. This program allows for a trial of the FORM Smart Swim Goggles together with FORM’s paid services (“FORM Premium”). Goggles shipped to customers under the Try Before You Buy program will be charged at full price to the payment method on file at the end of the trial period, unless canceled and returned by the end of the return period.

Cancelation and Returns: Customers may contact FORM to cancel their trial and return their Try Before You Buy Goggles at any time during the 30 day trial period. Customers must return their goggles within 7 days of receiving a return label from FORM (the “return period”). Customers who return their Goggles during the return period will not be charged for the goggles or incur any future subscription fees. Their trial subscription to FORM Premium will also be canceled.

Eligibility: Try Before You Buy program is available to certain customers in the US.

Subscription Commitment: All Try Before You Buy programs come with a free trial-period of FORM Premium, which will automatically renew at the end of the stated trial period, unless canceled.
