Analyzing your pool swims
The first information you will see about your swim session is the swim tile in your feed. For pool swims, this tile will show a graph as well as display the time, distance and average pace along the top of the tile.
The below images show how to read the graph.
* Drills bar will always be the same height and does not affect your average pace.
Tapping on the graph will bring you to a detailed analysis of the swim session. The sections in this view are described below.
This section summarizes the data and displays the same graph as on the feed screen. Tapping on ‘View Workout Details’ brings you to a new screen where you can review your swim by each individual length or by auto-grouped sets by toggling the option at the top of the screen. To see more columns for each length, scroll to the right hand side of the screen.
Heart Rate (if available)
If you had a heart rate device connected during your swim, your heart rate zones are displayed as well as your average and maximum heart rate. Your heart rate is also visible on the graph on the feed tile.
This tile shows the swim broken down by time and by distance. You can also tap ‘View Stroke Statistics’ to see information about each stroke type listed in more detail.
The SWOLF tile shows a summary of your SWOLF score. SWOLF is an efficiency metric derived from adding each length time with the stroke count. A lower score indicates higher efficiency.
Tapping ‘View SWOLF Per Length’ shows a breakdown of the SWOLF score for each length you swam.
