Analyzing your swim spa swims
The first information you will see about your swim session is the swim tile in your feed. For swim spa swims, this tile will show a graph. If you swam in a supported swim spa, you will also see the distance and pace. If you swam in a non-supported swim spa, you will see stroke rate and calories.
The below images show how to read the graph:
* Drills bar will always be the same height and does not affect your average pace. Drills is not accessible in a swim spa swim.
Tapping on the graph will bring you to a detailed analysis of the swim session. The sections in this view are described below.
Summary Tile
This section summarizes the data and displays the same graph as on the feed screen. Tapping on ‘View Swim Details’ brings you to a new screen where you can review your swim. To see more columns for each length, scroll to the right hand side of the screen.
Heart Rate (if available)
If you swam with the FORM Smart Swim Goggles 2 or had a heart rate device connected during your swim, your heart rate zones are displayed as well as your average and maximum heart rate. Your heart rate is also visible on the graph on the feed tile.
Swim Breakdown
This tile shows the swim broken down by time and by distance (if applicable). You can also tap ‘View Stroke Statistics’ to see information about each stroke type listed in more detail.
