Your goggles are able to detect the following four strokes:

• Breaststroke

• Butterfly

• Backstroke

• Freestyle

If you are using a compatible smartwatch for open water swimming connected with the goggles, the stroke detection will be coming from the watch. For details about which strokes are detected by your watch, please check with the manufacturer. For open water swimming, the connection between the goggles and the watch will work best when swimming freestyle.
