1. Check if your replacement goggles are covered under warranty
You may be eligible for free replacement goggles under our warranty. The best way to know if you are eligible is to check the warranty pamphlet that came with your goggles or the information on our website.
Both generations of the FORM Smart Swim Goggles come with a two-year manufacturing warranty:

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for replacement goggles under warranty, please contact customer service.
2. If your goggles are not covered under warranty
If your goggles are physically damaged due to user error, past the warranty period, or have been lost, you can purchase a new pair of goggles through formswim.com.
Please note that if you have already had a free trial of Premium Features, you will not be eligible for another when you purchase a new pair of goggles.
