I am not able to log in to manage my membership
Memberships purchased through formswim.com can be managed through the portal on our site.
If you purchased your membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will not be able to manage your membership through the portal. Instead, you can manage it through the App Subscriptions page on your phone.
If you have not yet activated the membership, you will not be able to log in to the portal to manage it. First, activate the membership and then use the same credentials that you use for the FORM Swim App to log in to the portal and access your membership management page.
