How do I activate my membership?
In-app purchases
If you purchased the membership through the App Store or Google Play Store, your membership will be automatically activated upon purchase.
Website purchases
If you purchased membership (including goggles) on formswim.com, you will have received a separate Membership Activation email when you placed the order. The email subject is "Activating your FORM membership" and it is sent from community@formswim.com. This email contains instructions on how to activate the membership once you have paired your goggles to the app.
If you cannot find this email, please check your spam or promotions folders and contact FORM Support if further help is required.
If the membership is not activated within 60 days of purchase, the membership period will start automatically.
