Membership cancellations can only be processed through your phone's app store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You can use your FORM Swim App account log in information to access the portal to manage your membership. If you have not yet activated your membership, you will need to do so first in order to be able to log in to manage it. You can cancel your membership at any time and, once you cancel, you'll continue to have access to membership features until the term of your membership ends. If you're on a monthly membership, there may be a minimum commitment period and you are not able to cancel during that period. 

You will not receive any pro-rated refunds of your membership, since you'll have access until the end of the term that you've already paid for. Your membership will not renew and you will not have any future charges. To find out about the experience you'll have after you cancel, read more here.
