Lesson 1: Getting the app and setting up the goggles
Getting The App
The FORM Swim App is available on:
To find the app, go to the app store on your mobile device and search for "FORM Swim."
To check for updates, go to the app store on your mobile device and search for "FORM Swim." If an update is available, select "update."
Creating And Verifying Your Account
Once you have downloaded the app, you will be invited to create an account and enter in some basic information about yourself. We only request information required to use our app, the biometric data (e.g. age, gender, height, and weight) is used in the calorie calculation and remains private at all times. You will then be asked to turn on your goggles to pair them.
When you create your account for the first time, you will receive an email to the email address you registered for verification purposes. If you do not verify your email, you will not be able to access the full functionality of the app. Simply click the link in the email you received to confirm your email address. Check your spam folder if you can’t find it!
If the email did not send correctly or it was misplaced, you can resend it or change the address by editing your profile. Tap on your name or photo in the home tab, then the pencil icon at the top of the screen to edit your profile. Scroll down to your email address and tap on it, the following screen will allow you to resend the verification email or update the address.
Pairing Your Goggles
Once you have turned on your goggles, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the pairing process. When your goggles are successfully paired, there is a quick tutorial on the goggles to show you the buttons.
Subscription
If your goggles came with a free trial of Premium Features, then your subscription should activate when you pair your goggles to your app account for the first time.
If not, please reach out to our Support team.
If you purchased goggles only, you can purchase subscription in-app once you have paired your goggles.
