Note: the following information applies only to the FORM Smart Swim Goggles 1. 

You can connect your goggles to the Polar Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 + optical heart rate sensor (sold separately), and add a new dimension to your training.

To pair a Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 + with your goggles, follow these steps: 

1. Make sure your Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 + is powered on.

2. In your goggles, navigate to Settings > Connected Devices.

3. Choose Add Accessory.

4. Choose your Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 + in the menu.

5. Once pairing is complete, you will see the following screen:

Press any button on your goggles to dismiss the screen.

Swimming with heart rate

The next time you power on your goggles, they will automatically try to connect with the Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 +. You will see the following screens:

The “…” icon in the top left corner indicates that your goggles are searching for your Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 +.

The icon will change to a heart once your Verity Sense or OH1/OH1 + is connected to your goggles.
