How do I read the metrics?
When viewing your swim, you have access to two tabs in the app. You can see the highlights, or the list view.
The highlights show graphs or charts for each category, whereas the list view shows all stats in detail broken down by stroke type.
Intervals will automatically detect and group sets for you to review your times, pace, and stroke rate per set and per interval. Lap swim allows you to see the same stats for each length.
Time highlights show a visual representation as you changed stroke types and rested, along with overall stats for your swim.
Distance highlights show a breakdown of the strokes you swam based on distance along with your average and best distance per stroke (DPS).
SWOLF is an efficiency metric derived from adding each length time with the stroke count: the lower the score the more efficient you are swimming. Your best and average score for each stroke type are listed at the top.
Calories is displayed as both a total value for your swim and the amount you burned for each stroke type.
