The goggles are not displaying all the menu options
If your goggles are only displaying "Sample Workouts" and "Settings" as menu options, this means that the goggles have either not been activated or have lost access to the membership features.
When you first receive your goggles, you will need to activate your membership in the app and sync the goggles to the app so that the features are unlocked on the goggles also. You can find out more here: How do I activate my membership?
If you previously had access to the features, there may be an issue with your last membership payment which has caused the features to be locked. You can update your payment information through the portal.
