From day one, our mission has been to make swimming more fun and to help you improve in the water. To see this happen is incredible. Our FORM community has swum over 116,000 workouts, followed 2,600 training plans in less than a year, and built 6,000 unique workouts.

Listening to you, the FORM swimming community is at the heart of all our decisions. So today, we’re announcing some updates to give you more confidence and flexibility with your membership choices.

Pricing and Membership

Starting today, FORM Goggles include a 1-year free membership. After your first full year, your membership auto-renews for only $15 USD* per month, paid monthly. This allows you to pay as you go and gives you more freedom.

If you decide to end your membership at any point after one year, you will lose access to workouts, plans, the custom workout builder, and all future features. You will always have access to these base features:

• Real-time metrics in the pool, swim spa and open water
• A variety of sample workouts
• Swim stats, in-depth analysis, and community features in the FORM app

The choice is yours — you can cancel or rejoin at any time.

If you already swim with FORM, here is how the membership changes affect you:

You purchased FORM goggles without a membership before November 2021

You can continue to access real-time metrics, a variety of sample workouts and see your swim stats in the app. You can upgrade to a membership in the app for $15 USD* per month. If you have an in-app membership, your next monthly price will automatically charge you the reduced price of $15 USD*.

You purchased a FORM annual membership after November 9, 2021

Your membership will auto-renew at $180 USD* annually or you can choose to switch to $15 USD* per month, paid monthly. You can switch to a monthly membership in the portal on formswim.com starting November 15, 2022. If you cancel, you will always have access to real-time metrics without an active membership.

You purchased a FORM monthly membership before May 26, 2022

Your next monthly payment will auto-renew at the reduced price of $15 USD* per month starting November 15, 2022. If you cancel, you will always have access to real-time metrics without an active membership.

You purchased a FORM monthly membership after May 26, 2022

After your first year, your membership will auto-renew at $15 USD* per month. You will need to have a membership for a full year to unlock permanent access to real-time metrics without an active membership.

Extended Warranty

We built our goggles to last. Since launching in 2019, the majority of FORM swimmers who swim 2-3 times a week are still using their original pair. It’s with that insight and confidence that we’ve extended the warranty to 2 years—globally.

Replacement Goggles

As an added benefit exclusive to FORM members, should you require replacement goggles for any reason not covered under the warranty, active members can always purchase one new pair a year at 50% off. You will need to have an active membership for a minimum of three months after your replacement.
